Q. Do you have a catalog?
A. No, we do not have a catalog except our online one. Pages can be
printed out as a catalog. We do have a brochure that highlights our
products and contact information.
Q. Do you send out samples to try before buying?
A. We are now offering small samples on our website that you may
order. You also have the option of sending us a 9x12 SASE for
samples. Just let us know which ones you are interested in. Samples
are small pieces that are large enough for washing hands a few
times.

Can I return anything?
A. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will exchange your item
or refund the purchase price of the item. Just contact us so that we
can decide what needs to be done and how best to proceed with a
refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of
shipping on returns.
Q. How can I contact you?
A. The best and quickest way to get us is by email to info@countryscents.net.
You may also call during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 9-5
and most Saturdays 9 -3) at (205) 914-0548. If you receive voice
mail, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as
possible.
Q. Does all of your soap contain goat milk?
A. Yes, everything we make has goat milk in it.
Q. What if I am looking for a soap that you do not show on your
website?
A. If there is a soap that you have purchased in the past that you
do not see on our website, please send us an email since we may
still have it. If we get enough interest in a soap, we will continue
to carry it.
Q. Do you ship internationally or to APO’s?
A. Currently, we are shipping only to a few countries outside the
USA and occasionally to APO addresses. Please send us an email for
information.
Q. Will goat milk soap help my dry skin?
A. We make no claims about our soap other than its cleansing
abilities. It is a good idea to try it out and find out for yourself
if it will be compatible with your skin.
Q. What are my payment options?
A. We accept all major credit cards, paypal, and checks. We do not
ship merchandise until the check clears, however. Money orders are
not accepted.
Q. Do you share any of my personal information?
A. We do not share your information nor do we sell any of our data
to anyone else. We may use your email address to notify you when
your order has shipped and any special promotions.
Q. Is my credit card information secure?
A. Our shopping cart is encrypted and we use Authorize.net as our
gateway. For added security, your credit card number does not appear
on any receipts. Our payment processor is PCI compliant and we take
all precautions necessary guard any personal information.
